Cincinnati: Blue Ash resident arrested over alleged child sexual abuse material

Vimalesh Prem Kumar, 39, of Blue Ash, was arrested and appeared in federal court on October 21. Southern District of Ohio prosecutors announced the case on October 23 over alleged access to, downloading and distribution of child sexual abuse material.

The investigation began with alerts about online accounts and examined activity across multiple platforms. The charges are allegations that must be proved, and the defendant retains the presumption of innocence. File descriptions and identifying details of minors are omitted.
