Las Vegas: Mexican man charged with alleged reentry following deportations

Manuel Seberiano Garcia-Munoz appeared in federal court in Las Vegas on a charge of illegally reentering the United States after removal. Nevada prosecutors reported the hearing on October 20.

The statement cites deportations and prior violent-crime convictions as case background. These do not replace the obligation to prove the new charge. The appearance begins the relevant proceedings and must not be presented as a sentence already imposed on the current charge.
