Terrell Dyer, 42, was charged with possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute. The indictment was returned on October 15 and announced by Eastern District of Louisiana federal prosecutors on October 22.

The case alleges that on June 23, 2026, the defendant possessed at least 50 grams of a mixture containing methamphetamine and quantities of substances containing fentanyl and cocaine. These are grand jury allegations. Any penalty depends on a possible conviction, and none had been imposed when the case was announced.
