Amanda Clayborne-Williams, 45, was sentenced on October 20 after pleading guilty to wire fraud and tax evasion. Eastern District of Louisiana prosecutors announced the ruling on October 23.

The case documents 12 false PPP and EIDL loan applications between April 2020 and January 2021, seeking approximately $1.3 million on behalf of four entities. The amount fraudulently obtained was about $447,305.98, which is distinct from the total requested.
