Todos Santos, Baja California Sur.— The La Paz Municipal Government reinstalled a Ruta Cero container at the corner of Del Huerto and Álvaro Obregón streets to collect plastic and cardboard from residents and visitors.
Daniel Cabral Ramírez, general director of Sustainability and Waste Management, reported in the October 25, 2026 bulletin that the facility was handed over to delegate Lucio Beltrán Guluarte as part of the municipal separated recycling program.
The department asked people to use the container only for these recyclable materials. It also said the program has eight collection points in the urban area: City Hall, Canalecón, UABCS, Morelos Park, the Malecón, CREE, SEP and El Centenario Park.
