Women in Tlaxcala receive training in making natural cosmetics

The Municipal Women’s Institute and ICATLAX are running a two-and-a-half-month natural cosmetics course in the state capital. Sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and seek to develop self-employment skills. The craft training does not certify the medical effectiveness or health safety of the products made.
