Tromsø e-scooter rider investigated for suspected drink-driving

Tromsø, Troms.— A man in his twenties was stopped in central Tromsø during the early hours of October 25 on suspicion of riding an electric scooter while intoxicated.

Police said the rider tried to get away from the patrol and was caught shortly afterward. He will also be reported for that conduct and for refusing to identify himself. The vehicle was seized. The report is not a judicial determination of guilt.
