Andy Vicente, 37, pleaded guilty in Boston on October 20 to conspiracies to falsify records and commit wire fraud, federal prosecutors announced on October 22.
The case involved false inspection records and overtime payments on the Red Line. Inspections were not performed, and their duration was falsified in the agency’s application. Vicente’s plea establishes his own responsibility, not that of other people.
