Marcus Gullatte, 38, was sentenced to 264 months in federal prison for conspiring to possess and distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine. The sentence was announced in Dayton, Ohio, on October 15.

The case documents large-scale drug purchases and resales during summer 2024. Gullatte was under federal supervision during the transactions and had prior drug trafficking convictions. He was indicted in November 2024 and pleaded guilty in June, according to prosecutors.
