Willinton Henao Gutierrez, known as “El Mocho Olmedo,” was extradited from Colombia to South Florida to face drug trafficking and money laundering charges. Prosecutors identify him as an alleged leader of Front 33.
The allegations concern activities between September 2021 and August 2022 in Colombia and Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The extradition was announced on October 23. The charges must be proven in court; extradition does not establish guilt.
