Norway.— Three 19-year-old women from Tønsberg changed plans during a trip to Paris because of protests and disturbances, according to an ABC Nyheter report updated October 25.
The travelers were visiting Norwegian friends studying in the French capital. They described closed shops, protected windows and advice from residents to avoid certain areas. They reported less disruption near their accommodation than in the city center.
The account describes their experience in particular areas; it does not establish a general shutdown of Paris or constitute a consular alert.
