Oslo, Norway.— Rain from storm Boelo caused several minor crashes and standing water on the capital’s roads on the morning of October 25. Police urged drivers to adjust their speed and maintain a safe distance.
A car hit a barrier on the E6 near IKEA Furuset, with no serious injuries initially reported. Another vehicle spun on Ring 3 beneath Sinsenlokket. Firefighters cleared a blocked drain, and the section was later reported clear.
The report describes conditions observed that morning and is not a real-time account of every road.
