Norway.— Justice Minister Astri Aas-Hansen attended a Nordic migration meeting in Stockholm focused on returning people without a right to remain and procedures involving foreign nationals convicted of crimes, according to an October 25 government statement.
The minister emphasized security while operating within human-rights conventions. The stated approach combines protection for people in need with controls and removal procedures subject to constitutional safeguards.
The meeting represents political coordination; it is not a collective expulsion order and does not replace individual decisions.
