Oslo.— Plans to improve lighting around Kulturkirken Jakob and Ankerparken during the darker months include a large tree in the area, Vårt Oslo reported October 25.
The municipal environmental agency was preparing a technical visit, with installation potentially taking place in mid-November. Advocate Øystein Aurlien highlighted recurring concerns about poor lighting in Hausmannskvartalet.
The report describes preparations, not completed work or proven reductions in crime.
