Oslo.— Police increased their presence around Haarklous plass in Torshov following fires and reports that residents felt unsafe, Vårt Oslo reported October 25.
Investigators were reviewing witness accounts and the possible existence of recordings. Authorities said it was too early to establish whether the fires were connected.
Police also ruled out problems with the community bus “Kommandosentralen for gode gjerninger,” which serves as a neighborhood meeting place, as the reason for the increased presence.
