Proposal aims to prevent repeated information requests to women experiencing violence

An initiative in the San Luis Potosí legislature seeks to reduce unnecessary data requests to women reporting violence, protect their information and facilitate secure communications. It also addresses assistance in their native language. It was referred to the Gender Equality Committee and remains under review; it is not yet an approved reform.
