Suspected trailer fire in Målselv turns out to be steam

By Erick León

Målselv, Troms.— A report of apparent smoke from a trailer parked near Fleskmoen prompted an emergency response on October 25. The trailer contained rubbish and was standing in a pull-off by the E6.

Crews saw no flames and, after inspecting the scene, concluded that it was steam. At 10:50 a.m., police reported that their response had ended. The initial suspicion of a fire was ruled out.
