Mulegé, Baja California Sur.— A judge ordered Cristopher Guadalupe “N” to face criminal proceedings for his alleged involvement in receiving stolen property and family violence in two separate cases, the PGJE reported in statement 945 dated October 25, 2026.
The hearings took place on October 20. Prosecutors alleged that the defendant concealed a bank card and telephone stolen between September 6 and 8 in the Rebaje neighborhood. In the other case, he was accused of an alleged assault against a teenage brother on September 7.
The court imposed justified pretrial detention and set periods of two and four months for the respective supplementary investigations. The decision to proceed is not a conviction; the defendant retains the presumption of innocence.
