Nayarit Congress begins evaluating two administrative court judges

The Nayarit Congress’s Governance Committee approved the rules for evaluating two judges of the Administrative Justice Tribunal. The procedure will review rulings, pending matters, qualifications and institutional opinions before issuing a recommendation on possible reappointment. Interviews are scheduled for October 30 at 10:00 a.m.; they do not constitute advance confirmation of reappointment.
